We’ve reviewed a large number of websites and compared to most of them, this website is very plain and unprofessional-looking. It seems as if they did not really bother over making an appealing first impression.
Services
This is the first example that the website is poorly created – no list of services. You will be finding a very short, limited to five services list on the homepage, but that is not it. There isn’t a list to choose from, so you’d have to fill in the order form and see what they’ll tell you, both for pricing and availability.
Quality level, Plagiarism
We went through the ordeal of asking and waiting to get a quote and see if they are willing to write the paper in the first place, but it was all for nothing. It is not just the website that is plain and badly designed – it is the content, too. The formatting is equally devastating as the appearance of their site, while the mistakes we found in it have a large number. Basically, this paper was written in a rush despite the deadline of 10 days. Or at least, that’s what it seemed like.
Delivery
The delivery process went fine, no problems there. The writer might have rushed the writing part, but he or she did meet the deadline we chose. After all, they took their time to think if they will meet it and accept our order.
Pricing, Payments
We mentioned this previously – the prices are non-existent. To see what their papers cost, you need to fill the order form and wait for them to check it. Based on the content that explains how the process work, they base this on urgency, complexity, deadline, level and number of pages.
In our specific case, we were surprised to learn how high these prices are. This is a big reason to hide them in the first place, but it is very frustrating to see an exaggerated rate after you’ve waited for hours for the quote itself.
Security, Trust and Reliability
Assignmenthelp.ca is a secure website you can trust in the sense that they won’t share your information. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same about reliability because their content was no good.
Usability
The website of assignmenthelp.ca is one of the worst-designed writing services sites we’ve come across. Not only is the design too plain for a professional site, but the information there is so limited, you’d have to ask questions to the customer service about literally everything.
Additional Features
There’s no mention of features or special offers of any kind.
Discounts
The same applies to discounts – no mention of them. Since there aren’t prices you can actually see, we don’t even see how they’d offer discounts. They did mention that we got one with the quote, though, which was a bit of an obvious lie.
